We received the first email from this Germany customer on August 2019, saying that they are interested in our ice cream cone sleeve making machine. Because we are the only manufacturer of paper cone sleeve machine, customer found the information on the Internet. Meanwhile, he sent us some paper cone samples in many different angle. Because this Germany customer has no experience with paper cone sleeve machine before, we shared more professional information and knowledge with him, also shared some information of our company. Because this customer had some bad experience with some other Chinese suppliers, this time, they were more cautious to choose a new supplier.

After one and half year communication, the Germany customer trusts us deeply, and started ordering machines from us, first order is 4 set paper cone sleeve making machine and 2 salad bowl making machine, on May 2021.

After customer got new machines, he likes our machine quality very much, and also he is highly appreciated on our professional service and good manner always. On March 2022, customer ordered 4 sets high speed paper cup machines from us. All his paper cup machines are used for ice cream bowl. Ice cream is really popular in Europe.

The third order came on May 2023, again 4 sets high speed paper cup machine. With our machines, customer had a good business. Furthermore, this Germany customer told us that he will order more machines from us when our team visited this Germany customer at Oct 2023. Customer said that TOPPRO company is the best company in China, has best machine and service team. Thanks very much for his high comments.
