IV. Formal Production

After all the parameters have been adjusted and the machine has completed the preheating, press the "Start" button on the control panel, and the machine will start formal production. At this time, you can see that the transmission components of the machine start to operate, and the paper is automatically picked up and sent into the forming molds.
Collecting the Finished Products
The formed ice cream cone sleeves will be automatically output from the exit of the machine. Place a suitable collecting container, such as a tray or a cardboard box, under the exit to neatly collect the finished products. Regularly clean the collecting container to avoid that the piled-up cone sleeves are too high to affect the normal operation of the machine or cause damage to the finished products.
V. Shutting Down the Machine and Cleaning & Maintenance
Shutting Down the Machine
When the production task is completed, first press the "Stop" button on the control panel to stop the machine from running. Then turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord plug.
Maintenance Inspection
Regularly check the transmission components of the Ice Cream Cone Sleeve  machine, such as belts and chains, to see if there are any signs of loosening, wearing, or aging. If there are any problems, promptly adjust or replace them. Meanwhile, check whether the connections of the electrical components are firm and whether the sensors are working normally. Lubricate the lubrication points of the machine appropriately to ensure the smooth running of the machine.
