After-sales service

1. A guide manual is provided with the machine to guide the installation process, whole machine debugging, production, and avoid or solve problems that the buyer may encounter.

2. Machine trial operation and training:

One week before delivery, we will debug the machine to ensure perfect performance of the machine.

We can send technicians to the buyer's factory to guide the installation and debugging for a period of time, and the salary, transportation, board and lodging, and communication living allowance shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Buyer's training in China:

We provide free training for buyers, and the training will not stop until the buyer has mastered the entire course! The cost of air tickets, board and lodging shall be borne by the buyer

4. We provide one year of consumable spare parts free of charge

Warranty

From the date of shipment, we guarantee that there will be no design and workmanship defects within one year

This warranty does not apply to parts that are prone to wear, require normal re-planning and durability

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper operation, negligent maintenance, violent injury and other reasons beyond our scope of responsibility.
